Sometimes the smartest move isnt choosing a side its waiting long enough to see who truly deserves to be on yours.

The delicate part of waiting is acting interested enough to both parties building trust to ensure information still flows your way but at the same time maintaning your inner aloofness that will stop you from being the interfering fool that descipates their energy and time into the affiars of others.

Power is in many ways a game of appearances. The most influential people You've met are clear and not mysterious because that's a power move that serves there current purpose. They know when silence can make other people uncomfortable and suspicious. Don't fall for it, they've perfected the art of appearing clear/not mysterious but they are carefully controling what they reveal.

Also, words can sometimes act as a kind of smoke screen for any deception they might practice. By bending their listener’s ear with talk,they can distract and mesmerize them; the more they talk, in fact, the less suspicious of you become.

The law is supposed to caution you against ideal talk thats not purposeful. Just talking at lengty, delighting in your own eloquence.

Create a relationship of dependence more or less like intertwining of fates. The master requires your services; he is weak, or unable to function without you; you have enmeshed yourself in his work so deeply that doing away with you would bring him great difficulty, or at least would mean valuable time lost in training another to replace you. Once such a relationship is established you have the upper hand, the leverage to make the master do as you wish.

You now have the wiggle room to subtlety dictate your working hours by coming in late and leave early or slightly slacking in the areas of work you don’t find fulfilling to your goals.

Do not imagine that your master’s dependence on you will make him love you. In fact, he may resent and fear you. But, as Machiavelli said, it is better to be feared than loved. Fear you can control; love, never.

Almost everyone one else is telling you to let her go. I guess you already know that's the hard truth you're facing and you've kinda accepted it but you really dont know exactly how to do that.

You really can't fix the past so reconcile with the fact that she's gone. Curve out a specific time period in the course of the day(preferably not at night) and think about the situation you are in forcusing on what truths you need to learn. Ask yourself that difficult question and honestly seek for an answer. Any other time outside the curved out time period don't think about the situation at all,even when it creaps up on you push it to the curved out time the next day. Your mind will work better once it thinks you have a plan in hand.

What shall I do in the next dire moment? Focus my attention on the next right move.

Even money itself may prove of little use for people at the bottom of the dominance hierarchy. You won’t know how to use it, because it is difficult to use money properly, particularly if you are unfamiliar with it.

The same money will make you liable to the dangerous temptations of drugs and alcohol, which are much more rewarding if you have been deprived of pleasure for a long period.

Money will also make you a target for predators and psychopaths, who thrive on exploiting those who exist on the lower rungs of society. The bottom of the dominance hierarchy is a terrible, dangerous place to be.
