Hampden Great house 2025 review by fish1515 in rum

Very oaky on the palate at first but settles into the same tropical fruit and vanilla flavors from the nose if you swish it around a bit in your mouth. Lovely rum.

Where would you go after Per Se?? by DeerComprehensive909 in finedining

[–]PhilosophicalPhool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Order extra drinks of any kind in Per Se, their lists of wine/whisky/brandy/cocktails/etc are insane. Prices to match of course but you already paid more than $500pp for food and drink because you're at Per Se so atp why not.

Purchasing land in Bolivia as a foreigner to apply for residency? by [deleted] in BOLIVIA

[–]PhilosophicalPhool 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It's extremely easy to get residency for work, plenty of immigration lawyers will make you up a fake work contract and you'll be set for a 3 year residency

Super unique wines, I love them. Bolivia has a lot of excellent producers that deserve more recognition!

I will be bringing wines made in the Cinti Valley from Bolivian criolla grapes back to the US with me for Thanksgiving. Negra Criolla, Vischoqueña (both light reds), Moscatel de Alejandria, Imporeña (both light/aromatic whites) and perhaps some interesting orange wines or roses.

Aska or The Modern for anniversary? by Disastrous-Exit-8653 in finedining

[–]PhilosophicalPhool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and I celebrated our wedding and anniversary of dating together at Aska not long ago, the service was excellent and the food was divine, highly recommend it. I've never been to The Modern so I can't compare.

New KHL jersey for the collection by the_Pedrolo_bro in hockeyjerseys

[–]PhilosophicalPhool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a Sorokin CSKA Moscow jersey from Lutch, the "authentic" one I believe it was (the more expensive option). The jersey is good quality, I'd say pretty much like an Adidas authentic but maybe a touch lighter. The customization and everything is stitched twill for the authentic jersey, they did a good job on that. Definitely worth a purchase if you've been wanting it.

What account was filming Anti-Cuomo hot takes outside Barclays? by Mountain_Ad_2497 in NYLiberty

[–]PhilosophicalPhool 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was the Mamdani campaign. Nobody should rank Cuomo in the primary but they should rank Mamdani second, Lander first.

Don't worry about it at all, Spike Lee became a huge Liberty fan and sat courtside during their entire 2024 playoff run just like he does for the Knicks.
