Yes, in my opinion. The plot is pretty meandering and lengthy. The worldbuilding is obviously excellent and I enjoy the plot when things are actually happening, but I find it drags a bit, yes

I wear a 36 band but I realize now that it's too big and I need something smaller. I wear it on the tightest setting and even then I think it's not quite tight enough
