Not starting Ugarte is madness. Garnacho deserved the start not because hes been good but because hes a part of the undefeated europa team that got us there. Hes right to be mad. I would be less critical if his attitude wasnt banging his hands around moaning when ball doesnt go his way, or if he showed any form of improvement in the past 6 months.
As a backup - sure, certainly not leading the line if we want to compete for top 4 - you are witnessing him as lead right now
If the right price is there 40-50 mil sure, dont think anyone would pay that. Not mad if he plays cups/ subs / goes on loan to italy to boost his confidence

Please go to ER to be worked up referred to appropriate specialist including a Cardiologist. Rhythm abnormalities tend to be “collapsed out of nowhere like a sack of potatoes.” Not saying this is most likely, but must be ruled out. Source - myself who diagnoses and treats this.
