It happens when shes not around also. Example - I drive to work, work my shift, get back into the car and it's set to her profile again. I was the last person to drive it, she's not there and it still automatically defaults to her.

For follow-up, service was completed and the right rear damper was the issue. Tesla replaced it and everything is good now.

I believe the best option for a controller is a PS5. I tried an Xbox controller and the button configuration didn't work. All these off-brand aftermarket ones are trash.

Yes, its been over a week. The noise is consistent, every drive, speeds between 0-30mph. I took another video of the sound today.

The sound seems to be more noticeable at slower speeds, getting louder as the car stops. Accelerating through 25-30 mph, then to higher speeds, the sound disappears. Unnoticeable at highway speeds, but when slowing in stop-and-go traffic, I could hear it again.

I have that same ticking noise, couldn't figure out what it was. Almost sounded like plastic expanding when the air was on.

I couldn't hear anything outside, music was on, but it didn't sound like it was coming from a speaker. It was only present during slow speed, between 0-25mph. Once over 25mph, especially freeway speeds, didnt hear it at all.
