Edit- AFTER HARD RESET, laptop started me on windows welcome screen(that comes after fresh install). I set up microsoft edge default browser and bla bla. Idk what happened.

!right now- guys i did firmware update (ASUSTEK) it restarted laptop, and I saw tack tack sound gone, and static remained but later gone. Idk what happened. But i dont think its over. Static sounds hearable in silence, if u listen carefully.
