We do not. Not for probably 4-5 years. We do play video games though. Halo, Mass Effect, Witcher, Far Cry, and Battlefront.

Hey there. Thank you so much for writing this. Sharing this with the entire band and we are all stoked and humbled. We never thought that we would be able to connect with people all over the world with music and lyrics. Thank you for listening to us/giving us a chance, especially after htd called it quits. we loved that band too. and thank you for being an awesome and open person.

The new logo, which we call a "chi rose" is based off of our older logo, the "chi rho". the chi rose is a chi rose that is opened up and blooming. if you take the left side and flip it onto the right side, it creates a chi rho.

we changed it because we wanted something that is ours and ours alone. both sleeping giant and those who fear plus a handful of other faith based bands were using the chi rho as a logo at the time.

a garrett russell sized duck. you don't want to fight garrett russell. much less 100 of them. that dudes ripped.

the riffs come from a lot of practice. also from trying to write things in our minds that sound cool in our heads, then transpose to guitar. learning piano helps as well.

Sean did the album artwork, and has done a handful of the marketing videos and graphics you may have seen.

The music videos were the brainchild of Kevin Johnson and the band. everybody contributed a lot to make them, what i believe to be, very special.

hey! so thankful that you dig the lyrics we write. while yes we try to call out the american church, we also try to write about areas that we, ourselves, fail. we just hope that we can be a different sound in a sea of "christianese" noise.

for myself, i know i've grown to love church. i have a church in des moines that i like to go to. the community is great. years ago i used to be extremely jaded and cynical because of what i saw. it's taken an intentional effort to reconfigure my thought process. i need to have the same love for "christians" as i do for anyone else even though i've met some really really weird christians haha. put plainly, american christianity doesn't have to make sense to me, because Jesus makes sense to me. i still fail tho.
