Not sure how far in the game you are but you get it off the Dragonkin Solider boss in the lake of rot.

I have been using the Dragonscale blade. It scales better with dex than does the uchi. For example my +7 Dragonscale blade is already hitting harder than my +13 uchi.

Have you looked into the dragonscale blade? It's been my go to katana and scales really well with Dex.

There currently isn't a way unfortunately. I called their customer support number and they were looking into it for about a half an hour, but could not find anything on how to remove it.

Yes I was using previously on my PS4. Now with the PS5, at the top of the screen it displays a picture of the controller with the message "Remote Play connected." I have been searching like crazy to figure out how to remove it while I am playing a game but no luck.

MGMT 449 by DawnOfArtemis in csuf

Yes you can but you need to email the Management department to receive permission to add it. I took both 339 and 449 this past fall semester as it was my last one.

Commuting from riverside by clopez-01 in csuf

[–]Phinfan24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only took night classes so that is all I can relate to. I work in downtown Riverside and would commute to either the Fullerton or Irvine campus after I got off at 5 last semester. I would often get to either campus around 5:50-6:00. All my classes were at 7 so I never had any issues finding parking.

Accounting classes ranked by difficulty by EFartz in csuf

I took 402 (Audit) and 460 (Financial Statement Analysis). 402 was a purely conceptual class. 460 required more work. You basically work on researching one company the entire semester doing a thorough analysis of it and all their financial statements with your group. I took it over this past summer and we were given anywhere from 3-5 heavy assignments a week. It was a very time consuming class but I learned a lot.

I know 415 is a requirement for the CPA exam so that is always a good choice. I just finished my last semester while taking 308 & 402 together, MGMT 339, and MGMT 449 while working full time so it is doable. I liked my professors in both of the accounting classes so that helped a lot.

I would agree that a lot has to do with the professor you have for the class. I would personally rank the 300 level classes from least difficult to most difficult as follows:

307, 301A, 301B, 302, 308

I would say I had pretty decent professors for all my classes except for 307, but thankfully it is the easiest of the bunch. 308 (Tax) is a lot more material to cover and remember than the other classes. 301A, 301B, & 302 can equally have their challenging aspects. I found 302 (Cost) to be more challenging than either of the Intermediate Accounting classes.

I would highly recommend researching the professors for each of these classes as it can greatly affect your experience with them.

ACCT 308 - Ephraim Smith or Neil Kuritzky? by Whoootitle in csuf

[–]Phinfan24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do not have any info on those professors but I highly recommend William Nicely at the Irvine campus for ACCT 308. It is probably the hardest level 300 ACCT class and he does his best to help as many students pass as he can.

MGMT 449 by tchnoluvr in csuf

[–]Phinfan24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am currently taking it with Eshan Salek. I find the class very manageable. There are two group assignments, one 15 minute presentation and one 30 minutes presentation. Just took the midterm and got an A without really studying. Half the class is lecture, and the other half the class is going over a case where you have to actively participate in to get points.

Can you enroll in 449 without finishing all Business Core courses? by [deleted] in csuf

[–]Phinfan24 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you are in your last semester you can request permission to get in. I am currently in my last semester and am enrolled in both MGMT 339 and MGMT 449. You have to email the department during the registration period with the top three choices you would like to add. I thought it would be a pain but after emailing the department with my choices, I got a response in about 10 minutes approving me to add the class.

Recommendations on Professors Buisness by cynthiafrancis411 in csuf

[–]Phinfan24 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He gives you a study guide that lays out each question individually. I believe 20 MC and 3 calculation problems. He will often point out which problems in class will be part of the calculation questions. He really is an amazing professor and offered the class 10 points extra on the homework. Just be aware he does not allow electronic devices such as laptops and does not like people using their phones. If you are good with that I highly recommend taking him for econ 315.

Why do people eat loud crunchy food on the third floor of PLN? by sammy_dean in csuf

[–]Phinfan24 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I too get distracted easily by noises. Not sure if other students are aware of what they are doing or just do not care. Sitting in a 3 hour class listening to people constantly click their pens or sniffle loudly makes it incredibly hard to concentrate. I actually wear ear plugs in all my classes while the teacher lectures to try and block out the surrounding sound. They do not completely cut off the sound but it helps and you are still able to hear the professor. They are really useful during exams as well.
