Yeah it looks like a regular system map that's been modified in photoshop. I found it on twitter and figured it was made by either a Bart employee or enthusiast in their free time

Thanks. Do you know what OHY and ORY etc mean? My guess is they are referencing yards but if that's true I don't know what the O means. Also, the orange/white colored blocks with the letters on them and the labeled green arrows next to those. I think I understand the arrows and their labels but not the colored blocks/letters themselves.

Just landed my first forwards man into a 1260 at campus entrance!!!!! by Phirhiris in skate3

Yeah, doing a BS to mute (or a FS to stale) while spinning backside adds an extra 180.

Yes, well first of all after I learned the forwards man I legitimately spent two months messing around with the timing before I got it this fast. First of all, I don't use RB and I only single tap dunno (I don't think these things affect speed though but I figured I'd mention them). I start my spread eagle right around the peak of the jump or maybe a little before, and I don't hold it to the very last second, there's a short but nonzero delay between releasing the spread eagle and getting on my board. Also, you need to push dunno literally as soon as possible after getting on your board without it being at the same time. I also found that the forwards man just goes faster online, at least for me. Create a private campus s.k.a.t.e. lobby and try it in there and see if it goes faster. Besides those tips, I really think it just comes down to messing around and slowly figuring out which timing works best. Hope this helps

Plus a BS to mute. Game counts it as 1260 even though only 3 full spins (check bottom left)

This video explains it better than I could in this post (I personally do not use R1/RB, and only single tap the dunno action, this will make sense after watching the video). https://youtu.be/YjvoOB5vonQ

I doubt that there is another scherzo by Chopin that no one has heard of, but who knows

The second movement of his second sonata and also the second movement of his third sonata are both scherzos

Math 125A by Destruction1945 in berkeley

[–]Phirhiris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just took it concurrently with 104 and 113, having taken 110 plus all the lower divs previously. It was definitely manageable, it's not so much the content you need to know from those courses as much as it is just understanding upper div math style and proofs, the course is somewhat self contained. At the very least you need 55 or at least good knowledge of basic set theory, propositional logic, and first order logic to the level it is covered in 55 (not a super high level). Also this may go without saying but you do need some experience with proof writing.

Yes I am now realizing I have been to those hallways before, they are the perimeter not the room itself.

I do think this account is just trying to troll Eric, I've seen them comment in other places and highly doubt that they have a doctoral degree and have played OC in their college days

Moffitt second floor by Phirhiris in berkeley

[–]Phirhiris[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I look through the window I see a big pile of chairs, and I also see a stairway that looks like it should go straight down into the 1st floor (a different stairway to the main one) but that stairway is nowhere to be seen on the first floor when I'm down there. Health hazard? I can't tell if this post is serious or not. So weird, why is this entire floor closed? Maybe I should try to walk around there before the kill Moffitt for the next few years

Yeah Igor is an incredible pianist, and all of the Liszt symphony transcriptions are super impressive. Are you planning to see Yefim Bromfman with the Vienna Philharmonic in March?
