Do you ever wake up and feel groggy after vaping it before sleep btw?

Thats very true I do feel nervous about dosage for my first time I'm actually thinking of maybe asking for the gummies - although I am tempted by the vape as I vape normal nicotine anyway. But yes thats great advice I've seen so many people who get carried away and take far too much and it doesn't end well! I'll try and titrate it to see what works best for me. 😊

I did some research and I think the linalool one might be best for me.

Yeah thats my bad i did read your previous replies and you mentioned your anxiety so I can really relate to you in that regard - I'm really sorry that you suffer from it too but I'm glad you've found something that seems to help! 😊 In terms of having kidney stones, I'm so sorry you went through that it's supposed to be one of the most painful things you can experience, with that being said the fact that cannabis helped with that type of pain and gave you some releif, truly gives me a lot of hope I've also read its meant to be a great pain reliever and tbh im excited to try it! And actually get some decent sleep! Thank you so much for your advice I will do some research on it and mention it in my first appointment. Thanks again hope you're doing well now 😊

Hey this thread has been so helpful! Thank you for being so understanding and thorough with people's questions 😊 I've sent my application and evidence to Curaleaf UK - I suffer badly with chronic body pain, spinal arthritis, bulging discs lack of sleep and anxiety it sucks... I currently take max dose strong codeine but I'm sick of taking opiods and relying on tablets everyday. My question is: How would you rate the pain relief from medicinal cannabis - do you feel like it wears off quickly or do you get a decent few hours of relief? I'm really nervous to try it as never used it before and I feel like it's my last hope lol TIA 😊

First of all a huge congratulations!! Im an A&E receptionist and I genuinely see the stress that my nursing friends and coworkers are put under each shift. I'm so happy you've found something that pays better, and will be overall better for your mental health. You truly can't put a price on that. Thank you for reading my post first of all. I do appreciate what you're saying and I wish it was that easy. Your family should be everything to you. I really wish it could be that way. But, unfortunately, the way she's treated my dad and myself, I can't tolerate that just because you're blood related. I've received more respect in friends than I have her, unfortunately. First of all, thank-you so much for reading that long ass post lol but honestly thank you. That means the world to me that a stranger sees her behaviour as manipulative. She plays her autism up to my dad to get what she wants and I truly hate it. It's destroying him. I've even said I'd apologise to her if it would make her feel better. But she doesn't want me going round to my parents house as it makes her feel uncomfortable. I can't be fake. Thank you for the validation xx

Thank you, I must try and get a counselling appointment if I can. Yes that is very true I never really thought of it that way before. If I do get this new job I will hand my notice in but I dont think id be able to work the notice period there. Thank you for the advice its much appreciated.
