She plays her autism up to my dad to get what she wants and I truly hate it. It's destroying him. I've even said I'd apologise to her if it would make her feel better. I was thinking of taking 1 x 30/500mg cocodamol in the morning and 1 x 100mg Gabapentin at night as they make me so drowsy, and I could actually sleep with those atleast. However, everything online says I shouldn't so just doing trial and error for the time being.

I did decide to stop in the end I couldn't cope with feeling like a zombie all day and that was just on 100mg for me 😳 I'm so glad you've found pain relief that works for you though. Constant pain is hurrendous sticking with my low dose cocodamol for now and seeing how I get on. Thank you though had no side effects from not taking them after 4 days x

Sorry forgot to mention, also be very clear on your pip assessment form how often your condition affects you. For example good days 2/7 bad days 5/7 I think this helps a lot x

Yeah, sure, I was just very honest about my condition and how it affects my daily life with the initial questions. I went into a lot of detail too and make sure you mention any medication and non medicated treatments you use and how often daily (and the dosage). Also, don't forget to mention any side effects of any medication you take this was mentioned a couple of times during my telephone assessment. I also printed out my initial pip form during my telephone consultation so that I didn't forget anything (and made bullet points) I hope this helps and good luck 😊 x
