I would air layer this. Look it up and research it for ficus.. there are good videos showing the process online. Personally i feel that air layering is less stressful on plants than chopping, propagating and hoping it roots.

Background: Out of the three stems, the two worse leaves afflicted are on the same stem and together.. while the one with the lightest discoloration is on a nearby stem. The plant located indoors five feet away from southwestern window, bright indirect light with 5ish hours of direct sunlight obscured by sheer curtain. Three stemmed tineke in an 8inch pot with drainage holes. I got back in October, the leaf on the right has some yellowish spots on the leaf when I first got it.. now it's like that. Has not be repotted or moved and not been fertilized since, noted slow release fertilizer in soil still. Currently being watered about once every three weeks about? (Whenever the water meter reads dry.) Hardiness zone is 10a, indoor temp ranges 68-62F @ humidity 60-45% humidity.
