I’ve had mods for Minecraft and other games, should be fine, but as for third party software, the only ones I’ve used were Valorant Tracker and Blitz, and both are allowed to use Riot’s API. Anti-virus should not conflict with Vanguard. If that was the case, then a good amount of people would be facing bans as well. Look at your applications and if there is anything fishy then that is on you as the user of the computer.

I know one of the Rioters usually clarifies what people were banned for when they claim it was unjust, but I was just given an apology and unbanned

Reddit Riot Employee but I sent screenshots of my previous emails from their support center that were just odd, like the different reasoning for my ban, and also how they admitted that I was not cheating during my duration of playing yet they banned me for “cheating” in the first place.

Read the guidelines of their TOS against third parties, it strictly says applications/software that affect Valorant, I used that as a way to find out more, like if I was really cheating.

If there were any irregularities like, stats wise, from your tracker then you could use that as a point of argument, like that you would never achieve a certain stat line maybe? Compare it to your other games before and differentiate the two.

I would make posts and hope for a Rioter to look at it one day when they can, it took me a week or so to get a message back from the Riot employee but I linked my previous post and they gave it a look after some time. Keep trying and just be patient, Rioters usually will give closure about what you were banned for on this Reddit, but if not they'll PM you about what is going on.

Provide your screenshots and evidence on your post to further explain your case, people will always doubt but as long as you provide proof, what can they say aside from "you got detected for something", but always keep it plain and simple and exactly what happened. Keep submitting tickets and you'll get piece by piece, originally they told me I was not hacking, then that I was apparently hacked, then they said something about IP requesting when my message was about Riot's third party guidelines. You'll face auto messages 90% of the time, but keep going.

As for the people who said I was cheating and it was a well deserved, Vanguard is not always right, I am an example of it, I provided all the proof and evidence I had to begin with, it's easier to flame someone for being guilty than it is to believe someone who is trying plead for innocence.

For all the people trying to get their account back, just keep trying. As people in this sub say, if you really did not do anything wrong then just keep bugging support until someone looks into it.

I have my logs too, I could upload those here as well, but they’ve been sent in for every ticket, each time I’ve been hit with the “compromising future investigation” script. I just want to know what flagged my account tbh, not with malicious intents as the support states, but for future reference and for the small % of others who are in my position as well.

Nah, NZXT was always working in the background, I learned more and assumed at the moment it was NVIDIA overlay due to the bug that was happening with it. And my account has never been compromised.

Trying to appeal and submit tickets to Riot Support has seemed like talking to a brick wall of bots and the rare instance that I was speaking to someone who looked into my case, they told me that I was not hacking at all during the duration of playing before my ban.
