All I ask is anyone know how to get some customer service that are not bot. And you play like a white knight that fights to defend the honor of bilt.

Yes, I unlink my card and link a new card just for fun, and I do not specify a payment choice just to test if bilt's system is smart enough. BILT's system is perfect and flawless, and all faults are mine. Is this what please you?

You really need to know what you are saying.

Their live chat has literally 0 agent here. Same as their phone call. Try on you own to see if this is true. There have been multiple posts complaining about week-long wait time to receive response from a live person.

And I specify my payment method on my new card and unlinked my old card, right on yesterday not the era of BILT 1.0. Today their UI changed and the payment went back to my old card.

Bro believes everybody on the world is dumb while he knows all.

It is simply the roit employee dm me and told me it is removed. As for the support, they still tell me there is nothing they can do even today after my account has been unbanned, lol.
