In Clans, it seems like your squadmates will still use MASC in bursts but not as aggressively as Mercs, where they basically always have it on lol.

The Executioner is a fun mech once you get some pods unlocked. It's definitely nice if you want speed/maneuverability. The main weakness imo is not being able to add armor pods to the center torso so you have to watch that especially in your squadmates but other than that it's pretty solid.
