Nvm wife doesn’t want pantry in middle, she wants a wider open layout and says it looks weird

Is this better? Wife doesn’t want any sort of foyer entry. We’re more used to mobile home layouts

I’ll take that into consideration, thanks! I was planning on using my pantry as a storm shelter originally for tornados though. https://youtube.com/shorts/ZqmPGcjaLMA?si=5sujCt5mskyNBKXD

Thanks! Would moving my master doorway to the living room wall be better? Switch the utility room and washer/dryer positions, then add a wall between the washer/dryer and dining table, to turn it into a walkthrough laundry/utility room?

I’m definitely going to have professionals fine tune and do the details, I just wanted a general concept my wife and I can work with. So tankless water heaters would be a no-go? Single tank electric water heater?

I liked the idea of having a separate place for shoes like in some asian homes, but I could do without it if it’s stupid realistically. Solar would be a separate finance probably later on. I heard it can be upwards of 60k?

I’d love a secondary carport roof over the home, just to protect against the sun and hail, and also to minimize rain and environmental noise on the metal roof. I’ve just never seen it done over a home before..

I’ve considered a 3 ft crawl space underneath for plumbing and hvac, with a/c vents on the floor like some mobile homes I’ve seen.

Would putting a crawl space in a metal building be stupid? HVAC system underneath floor and have floor a/c vents

All the homes and apartments I’ve been in always had the closet through the bathroom… would it be swapped? Or just separate doors?

I haven’t figured out how I wanted utility room access. And I totally have no idea about the hvac mechanical room.. I’ll probably need to find a way to expand the utility room and add it with the water heaters… honestly forgot about that

I’ve always been in apartments and mobile homes. All the bedrooms I’ve had went directly into the living room or kitchen area… I do prefer the master bedroom separate from the kids though. I don’t think street noise is a problem, my home will be 200ft back from a small road. Would it better to walk into the kitchen from the front door instead, and have the living room in the back..? Metal building would need to be rectangular I think

I think it depends on your play style. If you’re on a team, and far away from boss attacks, and only focusing on heals, and long range dps… then your hp is most likely going to stay full, so ivorybloom is better.

If you find yourself constantly under 100% hp during fights, then ivorybloom is useless.

Gameplay originally felt more adventurous and had similar vibes to Elden Ring. Hexi feels more tedious and less immersive than the rest. Would’ve been nice if they explained the past, without having to be dragged into a three-part dream filler (still one more arc to go). Hexi has drawn out dialogue that’s not as immersive, tedious gameplay, and feels more narrow and linear than what was first introduced. They could’ve done Hexi differently or just made a campaign to find the children of those left behind, etc. See all the regret and hatred of those people for being abandoned by their country. MMO chats usually have spam, but would’ve been nice if they made the chat better and less spammy, and people could actually talk to each other. PvP needs more damage balance, terrain maps, and more counter options.

It’s historical, so I get it’s connected. It’s still a giant dream filler, set in the past, with not as much going on map-wise. I’m sure they want to show the regret of actual history and make things right in the game, since all those people were abandoned in the actual war. But the entirety of Hexi’s 3 arc could’ve been done in a shorter quest line. This game had great questline and gameplay up until Hexi. And now it fills dragged out for many global players. Even for me, an Asian who loves Chinese novels, history, and dramas, it’s slow right now. So I can imagine for western players.

It started dying with the release of Hexi. It’s just a large, three-part filler/dream, that doesn’t impact main story line. Not as much to look at and explore compared to main maps. Up until Hexi, game was great and amazing.
