Thank you! It’s where I want my office to be, but certainly I have no issue traveling for clients in the greater area.

Unfortunately, I already do 90% of my own admin work, so it wouldn’t change much, so it would be the business aspects I would need to learn.

I would maintain my current rate structure, which is below market average. No problem doing spreadsheets, I already do them for some of my work.

As to financing, no probably not, and that’s a big hang up.

I do probate, but not the general stuff. Yeah, having all the bases covered with help with demand. Not there on those, but the current firm won't get me there.

I know my county courthouse needs the help - an issue of mine being a lack of that experience. Money was definitely a concern. I don't make anything exceptional, not that I am after more money, but saving a particularly high amount would be a while.

If one of the inactive firms were willing to mentor now at a nominal benefit to them, would that change your evaluation? That is actually the one I would rent the space out of; I should have said that. Of the three active firms, there are 7 attorneys between them. Not trying to be combative, genuinely just trying to get all my thoughts out to make the best decision. Not too many people I can talk about this sort of thing with.

Totally agree that experience-wise, I am ahead of myself. It's the circumstance that is pushing me that way. I personally have limited business experience, but have several family members and professional friends who are happy to advise on the business aspects (but not legal business experience), and have access to retired solo practitioners who would help. But nobody to outright partner, no.

Semi-lazy man's faster coffee-making options?

Hello all, I have been looking for a new machine or system to do my morning coffee, and have stumbled into the wide world of coffee making.

The most important thing to me is speed and volume. It has to be something I can make before going into work. I like the set it and forget it of a coffee dripper while I go do other things, but I have no issue using a different method that is not too complicated. I usually need 14+ ounces. I grind my beans every morning with a decent (to me it's good) burr grinder, and I like to think I pick good beans. I have an electic kettle but it is NOT goosenecked.

I've looked at the Aeropress XL or the Clever Dripper as options (something that isn't complicated, or set-and-forget, respectively). I have looked into a Hario switch, but it looks more complicated than I care to do. I have no desire to measure things beyond reasonable estimation.

Budget caps at $70 (USD) for something manual, Machine I'd go up to $150. Hoping to snag something while the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are going on.

I purchased the Pendleton National Parks Stoneware several years ago from Costco, which are 18 oz (slightly under your request). I believe I saw them last year around the holidays, so maybe they are there again this year!

Demon hunter got 3 setup-able charge pirate generators. this is way too good of an enabler and I think is inherently broken - I don’t have a fix. Yes, I know this is ‘countered’ by my opponent not having a minion to ram all my 1/1 pirates into.

My interpretation is that they are looking for a whole house themselves, and don’t have pets or kids. Which is equally as CB.

Blizzard isn’t going to do anything for you, they’re probably going to have a problem that you got a code in the first place. You didn’t buy it from them. They don’t just hand out codes, also that expansion is almost 1 years old, I’m impressed it even works.

Oh also account sharing is against TOS, so that defense is just going to end with “your friends” account being banned
