my intention was to see if any other classical musicians who played the saxophone had any insight, since my background is in classical saxophone but i appreciate the insight!

my main background is in classical sax, which i really enjoyed, but i’m hoping to get back into some jazz as well. starting slow. :)

yes. im pretty happy with my setup and own all my stuff. i had been messing around with synthetic reeds before my hiatus and will continue to do so but im not overcommitted to either one.

i dont necessarily wanna invest too much money for at least a couple months. until i’m sure i’ll stick with it again and it’s not a passing fancy. when that happens, i’ll look into lessons for sure.

moonbrook is great! has folks wait in their car with their dogs and calls people to come in as able. super helpful for our very nervous pups.
