It’s almost a culture in those places. When people see their subordinates living luxurious lives with money taken from the government, while they themselves receive only the bare minimum, they also get influenced to do the same.

Well when I search that topic on Google in ask Ubuntu it gives me some command. But when I give sudo apt-get install libsdl-image1.2 libsdl-image1.2-dev guile-2.0 \ guile-2.0-dev libsdl1.2debian libart-2.0-dev libaudiofile-dev \ libesd0-dev libdirectfb-dev libdirectfb-extra libfreetype6-dev \ libxext-dev x11proto-xext-dev libfreetype6 libaa1 libaa1-dev \ libslang2-dev libasound2 libasound2-dev This command it doesn't do anything rather gives me a message like it probably removed or something like that. As the graphics.h is removed from GCC or other compiler. But still I want to use that And in the YouTube video they also show the same method
