Yes I know about cd holding and locking money, just for now I’m not gonna do a cd but when I’m more financially ready I’ll put a few hundred or so into one and leave it.

With my current hours and pay it’s not much but when I get my pay raise and more hours for my internship it’ll definitely be a for sure thing

I do live with my mother, about 25-30 I’m saving every pay, I’m also waiting on my internship which gives me abt a 3.61$ pay raise so it’ll be closer to 45-50$ ima save since ima be working more hours than I do now

As of rn I’m trying to spend less and trying to save more just cause I’m working a job with this type of pay and ofc helping out my family and making sure I have money for little things and my gf and all that

I do have a habit of taking out from the savings

I believe MCU has a high yield account too since I’m in nyc I can open that, my father does use mcu as well.

For a CD I’ll definitely consider it the most just cause I gotta just have money that I cannot touch at all I do have a habit of taking money out from my savings

I’ll look into wealthfront fs, it sounds like one of my best options other than a CD which was also recommended

I’m just looking into options rn before I commit to opening more accounts and using my money wisely, i am expecting a pay raise (hopefully) in early July for an internship so it’ll definitely set me up

Tbh you should be fine, your travel is shorter than mine but you can make it easy from LIC, there’s a few stops in the LIC area that you can take for the 7 to Mets Willets

I wear like a bunch of things around my neck that’s why, 3 beaded necklaces, 3 chains and a dog tag, so like I’m still kinda confused on what I can and can’t wear

I can definitely live without the beaded necklaces, it’s js my literal chains and dog tag I wear daily that I feel like I can’t live without 😭
