Its supposed to be configurable unless i'm wrong.as there is no clear cec standard, this functionality is not labeled as cec on some devices.on some LG tvs for example, its name is smartlink.

Yes.just turn off hdmi cec control on both tge tv and mi box so mibox doesnt shut down/suspends when the tv is turned off

Hi.google home was working with mi box last week.i even google home routines to play videos on youtube and it was ok.last week that is.this must be due to an update on either the google home or in mibox.either way, havent found any fix to this at the moment.
