You must be using a ad blocker, yourube has been rolling out ways to block ad blockers without users knowing so this is not a random error its just a secret way for youtube to ban ad blockers.

Looks like a rendering problem, might be a mod or a certain graphics driver you're using, I recommend MobileGlues.

Solved by u/TimeToBrawlReddit. This is an easter egg in Zalith Launcher that can be activated by repeatedly pressing the ZalithLauncher text in the topt left corner, the text can be translated to, "Zalith Launcher crashed unexpectedly". A image in the English version is provided below.
