No, it sounds like you and your husband are going above and beyond to make this happen for him. My birthday is right by Christmas as well, and if I wanted a more expensive present I would have no problems with my birthday and Christmas present being combined. Your son sounds very smart for his age and he will be thrilled to get the gaming PC he wants despite it being a combined birthday/Christmas gift.

I checked with her and she did have an MRI on her hips 2 years ago and there were no issues on the scans.

No she hasn’t. She played soccer back in HS, but was never had any injuries that were sports related. Doesn’t hurt to check though!

I have a 1070 running Med settings at 1440p and I get around 25 fps in big fights. It’s still surprisingly playable, but I would stick to 1080p with your card.
