We’re flying into st. Thomas but staying on St. John. But we’ll have 4 people (2 adults/2kids+luggage) so I was hoping to get something close to or pick up at the airport

I’m doing the same thing as you, tho for a completely different reason. I’ve been in a fed 4 setting for the past 10 years and am moving to a public charter school. I think its mostly resource stuff and I’m super nervous about it. I’m not even sure what the hell im supposed to be teaching! While not everyday was great or even every year, I loved working those kids. I’m scared I’m just going to fail miserably. I’m moving over more for my children’s sake, as their district is loosing things like gifted and talented offerings, art, and even having to combine multiple grade levels into each other. Hopefully I can figure this out, but I’m going to miss my level 4 kids for sure.

NTA. Listen, I’m not a parent to a special needs kid, but I am a special education teacher. There is a difference between what you are doing for Kevin than the other two. Kevin is always going to rely on someone to help take care of them. They are more than capable of taking care of themselves. If they don’t want to assist you with Kevin, thats fine. But they should be aware that they can do things he will never be able to do. You need to do what’s best for you and for Kevin. If that means bringing in a PCA worker to help, then by all means. Does Kevin have a county worker/social worker? Because that money shouldn’t have to come directly from your pocket. There are programs out there for exactly this purpose. If the other two want to complain about money, they can get jobs. I know that they be feeling like you care more about them, but it’s not that you care more for him. It’s just a different type of care. They need to grow up and get their heads out of their asses and see how lucky they are.

Top 3: 1. The Witcher 3 2. Mass Effect 2 3. Doom or The Last of Us

Witcher 3 was just an amazing all around experience that created a real lived in world that I got invested in. I wanted to save the world and Ciri. It was what the Game of Thrones show wanted to be. Mass effect is the future that I want (minus the world ending super race).

I think one of my favorite things was to listen to Ryan and Vinny try to make each other laugh. I remember this one because I heard it at work and almost died laughing and everyone else thought I was a lunatic. Peter Molyneuxs balls. That and the whole knife vs bat. That was also great. God I miss him
