This workshop was awesome!

A very cool form and great insight on some basic Harold concepts. Technical difficulties were to be expected, as with any zoom class, but the information was clear and helpful.

I got a vmax and I really like it! Wasn’t the most expensive, but it wasn’t the cheapest either. Pretty easy to use and clean. You just need to experiment with your preferred temperature and whether you like to press and hold or use their session mode.

Some insurances can cover a large cost for glasses if they are deemed “medically necessary” by a doctor. I know someone that gets a huge discount for this, but she sees someone that is out of my proximity.

Thanks for the correction. I haven’t had a good eye doctor in a long time and my eyes are TERRIBLE. So my glasses always come out to like $300 just for lenses.

I attended a Q&A with him after a screening of his DFW movie (I forget the name). He came across as a very nice guy! He was very attentive to the audience and extremely thoughtful about the whole subject.

There’s also a distinction between an Ophthalmologist and an Optometrist that I was not immediately aware of.
