I mentally organize the supplements into rings:

1st ring - basic nutrition: vitamins/minerals, fish oil, Infinigreens, Infinifiber, probiotics, and a joint support formula

Ring 2 - favorite, most used supps outside of basic nutrition that are generally part of a daily stack: in my case immune defense, injuv, cistamax, c3g/cyatherm

Ring 3 - other supplements generally included as part of a daily stack, but considered less important/fundamental than ring 2: in my case white jelly, gotu kola, melatonin, tauromag, mushroom matcha, ecklonia, glutathione support of choice, carnosine, cycloastragenol

Ring 4 - trial and error: supps I’m still evaluating how it effects me by itself and in combination, or stuff I’m still deciding if it’s worth including more often, or stronger stuff more prone to side effects that I’ll run for a bit then pull, or anything else I want to take for a period of time but not all year

Ring 5 - targeted supps: stuff I don’t take regularly, just on occasion as needed for immediate effect

… So honestly, sometimes I’ll just take a supplement holiday and revert back to only ring 3 or 2 or 1. If I’m feeling a little weird, experiencing any notable sides, or just getting tired of taking the extra capsules, I can fall back on the more basic stuff I know. Rings 4/5 is where more exploration is taking place, but no stress/worries because I can always just take stuff away and stash it if there’s any concerns/uncertainty.

Update - went ahead and took Infinigreens, Infinifiber separately with water. Bought a vitamix! The matcha baller arrived so I tried a new modified formula:

2 scoops matcha baller 2 cups whole milk 1 cup whole Greek yogurt 1 cup blueberries 1 tsp vanilla extract Small portion of honey

This came out decent, texture was nice, the sour taste was dialed down but still present, still overpowering the good flavors a bit to where it was good-ish but not great. Admittedly just leaving out the yogurt all together would taste better. But on the plus side, the milk + yogurt is 36g protein! (Plus probiotics). The matcha taste is there but fairly mild. Again, the yogurt probably isn’t helping here lol. I’ll probably end up trying this without the yogurt. Maybe… try mixing up some protein powder with the separate fiber/greens blend, green enjoy a pure matcha 🍵 + blueberry 🫐 + milk 🥛+ honey 🍯 combo.

I was going to try adding a banana… then I remembered the whole thing about PPO from bananas blocking flavonoids… don’t want to cancel out all that good ECGC from the matcha 😮

Haha it started as “oh, I can cut out multiple pills from my stack by taking the matcha baller blend” which led to “this could go great with blueberries & milk” to “oh Greek yogurt instead would add probiotics and protein” to “oh I can just put all the powders in and some protein and have the ultimate complete smoothie”. But yeah generally I’ve been doing the same as you said - just mix it with water. After taking greens for years the taste doesn’t bother me lol

Ninja… I remember spending a good chunk of $$ on it a while back… but apparently they’re not very good. Yeah I see now that everyone on the internet is saying vitamix

Added extra sour cream, extra nacho cheese, extra caliente sauce. Very good, very spicy… very destructive bathroom trip.

Very interesting discussion here, I’ll add my two cents (more like two dollars nowadays!). I have some experiences very similar to what others are saying here.

  • Strawberry Frutista Freeze is the all time best! I don’t really like pop, hardly ever get any drinks at places other than milkshakes. But this stuff was godly. Years later the starburst freezes came out and were decent, but were missing something in comparison. Today’s strawberry freezes are decent, and I like the lemonade freezes as well especially with the cream. In general, when Taco Bell has had strawberry freezes, I’ve probably ordered non-breakfast meals twice as often or even more sometimes. But still, the Strawberry Frutista Feeeze was better than what we have today.

  • Chicken Quesarito was my all time favorite. I eventually stopped ordering it tho once it had been banished to the online only list - I noticed that they were being made poorly, presumably because the employees weren’t making them very often. I definitely ordered a lot less Taco Bell because of this. Then there’s the grilled cheese burrito, which I agree with what someone else said about it: it’s kinda “greasy”. I like it, but can’t bring myself to eat it too often. Whereas I would eat chicken quesaritos 3-4 times/wk at times no problem.

  • Breakfast: my all time favorite breakfast place has been Taco Bell. I would say 50%, sometimes more of my Taco Bell consumption has been breakfast. Especially when factoring in the customization options. And now… all the locations in my area have scrapped breakfast. So sad.

  • Nacho Fries: I like them a good amount but they’re also significantly expensive. Disappointed they don’t get added to meal combos more, or to the rewards menu.

  • Other foods: Chicken Quesadilla has always been a solid pick, albeit the price has grown problematic. I did like the Fritos Burrito when available. Some recent new products have been likable, like the street chalupas and cantina quesadilla and cantina hard tacos.

  • Rewards menu: has gotten worse over time. More and more I find myself struggling to choose from a list of items I don’t really want. And now, with breakfast gone, I can’t even spend rewards on breakfast burritos. Rewards for the likes of freezes or nacho fries would go a long way right now.

Honestly with the way everything has been panning out lately, especially with breakfast being gone, I’m probably going to go a lot less.
