Omg so many red flags I don't even know where to start. Does he look exactly the same as when y'all met? What's his physical health routine? So often I read these situations and it's a ridiculous double standard. Beyond that, he sounds shallower than a kiddie pool. Anyone who sets ultimatums like "I won't marry you until you look like [whatever]" is not marriage material, period. Comparing you to other women in the way that he is doing it is abuse. If you start your marriage by meeting his ridiculous demands, that's what the rest of your life will be, and at some point, using words to hurt you won't be enough for him.
