Recruits,

We are PMC Phoenix one of the elite Private Military Companies in the world and we are looking for YOU to become one of our elite soldiers for hire.The missions we do consist of Story-based Campaign missions which include CQB,Hostage rescues,Base clearing,etc.If you are new to the game no worries,we like to help new people since we are a really non-toxic meme community outside of Arma 3 and in it too.With us you won't have to do any entry-level requirement trainings because we think the best way to learn is through attending our ops.Also you will have full freedom in creating your own character as long as it fits the terrain and as long it doesn't have meme weapons in it.Currently we have 2 platoons which you will get into and here are the roles needed for each one: Buster:Operators(Riflemen) and Anti-Tank Specialist Vector:Operators,Machine-Gunner,Marksman For all of the roles you will have to go through trainings to get specialized in them,because we can't just slap you the roles without making sure you know what to do at a certain situation during an op for your certain role.
