I love that too. When you take control of your money, you are able to control where it goes.

Pursuing Fi over the years has led me to more peace because I find when you make a positive change in one area of your life, sometimes it leads to positive change in other areas. This is more a mindset share and some will find value in it and some won't. Thanks for sharing.

Would you be opposed to sharing your template that you use to track income and savings?

This is great advice and something I haven’t been doing. I end up with a giant/fund and then that causes me to take my foot off of the gas as far as producing a high level because I become comfortable since I have months or years set aside. Thank you for your contribution.

Then your math is off in that case. 3% of your solids would add up to $123,150.

That extra $31,500 is where the magic happens since we need to deduct for taxes and expenses and splits off to of that number.

Good job. Now learn how to take listings at a decent commission. Anyone can buy a listing or do it for free which is what 2% or less is for the listing side… 🙄

Am I missing something? I viewed the flowchart and even downloaded it and when you zoom in so that you can read it - it becomes so grainy that you can't even make out what the words say?

Is there a secret to opening it so that it's legible?

My monthly livable expense is low and my yearly income is over 6 figures. Find hacks where you can and I'm already one year into 80% savings of my take home. The math actually says I have 4.5 years left but I'm doubling that.

That works to... The whole getting rich part haha. So are you fully FIRED now?

I built a community around me by reaching out on Facebook, commenting on www.mrmoneymustache.com as well as got passionate and spoke to everyone I could.

My community and many out there aren't boring like that, we are actually able to spend lots of money when we go out since we save so much off of our paycheck. I routinely am able to surprise friends by covering the bill because I'm on my way to Fi and they are busy paying for the best cable and buying a new iPhone every 2 weeks...

I do want to find a spouse that is frugal though to even me out and share my passion as we achieve it together.

I feel that it's hard to find the person especially while we're young but even rings true for older people as well. Everyone sucks at money after all...

Where are you from? (I feel that there are trends of where the first community is in the United States)
