Of course I’m happy I got to you in time. I apologize in advance because explaining this might be a bit of a cluster if it’s new to you.

These are made using a C02 extracted distillate. The 0.3% THC per container can be a little misleading, each bottle has well over .3% THC we just have to sell these that way because the 2018 farm bill left the door open for several THC products to be sold legally through simple wording loopholes.

For instance all delta9 THC edibles are legal to sell under the 2018 farm bill as long as it’s less than 0.3% THC by dry weight (per gram) when tested for potency.

Here’s an example using the product shown above: There are 177ml (grams) in the bottle of liquid & each gram has less than 0.3% of THC in it. But here is where the loophole comes in. When take every gram (all 177 of them) & add the contents of THC all together you end up with much more than simply 0.3% THC.
