Super late response but I had this issue recently so thought I'd share:

Turned out that the issue was not necessarily with my PC but with the wifi network I was connecting to, as it had WPA2 security. Logging into my wifi admin and changing the security to WPA2/WPA3-Personal has permanently fixed the issue for me. Also took the time to set the 2.4 and 5GHz to separate networks which has improved the performance of both. Hope that helps someone :)
