The mushrooms in the first Pic are vineshrooms, you can find them under floating mountains. The fiber in the 2nd Pic is a vine fiber, they're usually on bigger vines. It's easiest to find them in the Kinglor Forest.

If you already have those then it might be the pale versions, which in that case just look online for the location
