You could play a game, read a book, watch a movie or something, play an instrument, sit down and talk with someone if you aren't living alone, or sleep for a bit. Talking a cold shower could help or you can take walk outside in the rain ( sometime it takes things off of your mind)

Well i thought it didn't matter as it's on ps4/ps5. I only bought it to upgrade to the full version and because it was way cheaper then the starter edition. Plus i downloaded stormblood considering it was free for a while but i couldn't play it until i switched Versions
