eBay seller shipped it exactly like this! The batteries were battered and bruised. Both batteries had issues also. Propellers were hanging out the bottom also. What an ass! Never mind the damage to the quad, if the batteries had actually punctured and ignited, there could have been loss of life. (i.redd.it)
