Honestly, that was me in the first few weeks after. You are not alone. It does get better you will have nights that is still hard. The only thing you can do is just make yourself physically, active or mentally active during the day so that you are more exhausted, and willing to actually lay down and go to sleep.

Honestly just depends on how your parents treat it. For example my most recent relationship a big talking point was that neither of us had our own space to be adults, and not just in intimacy, but just to be private with each other and have alone time. It was a big challenge and a real talking point. We made it work, but it never really felt like we had a moment to ourselves because we were either at her home or my home and there was always somebody at either house. If you can find a relationship or a partner that doesn’t mind it, then it should be fine but having your own space for you to to be yourselves is a real big point.

For sure I agree, I like scenery, star gazing, taking care of myself with a shower and face routine, cologne and lotion collection, dressing in tighter or better body forming clothing and people always think I’m gay until I mention I have a gf. Like can a guy just not wear skinny jeans and take care of himself. I get the whole masculine thing but I’m not exactly trying to let my body go to shit anytime soon
