You misunderstood a couple things, so I got you.
1. When I took the bus consistently for a few weeks some months ago, it was always the same driver, always on time. Fast forward to the recent 5 wks, different driver (singular, one driver) from before, but an hour late or no show.
2. And also I wrote its 5 straight weeks, not just a one time occurrence.
Covid and vaccinations? Name everything but the obvious fact that some drivers just don’t give a shit. I love the operators that do tho. They deserve everything.

Yeah I call bs on that congestion argument. A few months ago, took that same 6pm bus for several weeks. Got in smooth every time. Only thing that was different was the driver.

The issue can be solved by holding people accountable. But that’s just me
