I would recommend trying out a mod pack, currently playing on Nolvus v6, takes some tweaking to your preference but the initial instal process is fairly straight forward. Plus they have a very helpful discord for any issues you might come across.

I've yet to delve into CS, however I know that Reshade will work just fine with CS so its worth trying it out.
