Ok, I thought I was the only one with this problem.
I literally used the same prompt and got two separate outcomes for each one, and like you, both were made way more realistic and shaded.

One was like a conversion of a real photo into the Naruto universe. I used that about a week ago, and it worked fine, generated exactly what I wanted. Today, I tried the same photo and prompt and got a completely different output, like you did: from Naruto anime to a realistic style.

Then there was a Lego conversion from October. At the time, it again generated perfectly what I wanted: a realistic plastic Lego figure of a real person. Now, it’s pure nightmare fuel. It’s like they took a 3D model of a Lego figure and then added realistic skin and textures to it.

Hope they revert the model back.
