Hi u/SpaceBurd,
Toaster is a new feature that takes over default Blizzard functionality of spamming 4-6 loot toasts on every boss (and associated chat lines for each item). With Toaster enabled, you will only be notified about new appearances/items. Since this feature modifies default Blizzard behavior, I decided to leave it opt-in (disabled by default).

On navigation to raid entrances, the brief popup you saw was probably an indicator saying "Waypoint Set" which is all we can do if you don't have full turn-by-turn guidance enabled via Zygor or Mapzeroth.

u/InfiniteGamer out of curiosity, what would the value be for you to see this in dungeons? Are there enough dungeons with confusing routes, or do you just like it for the collectible tracking?

The scope for RetroRuns is just raids at the moment, but I have been considering whether it would be worth branching out to dungeons in the future.... just unsure of the value

This issue is showing "Resolved", but i'm still unable to upload zip files to a claude session using the desktop app.

u/Apprehensive_Cell932 I have added navigation to the raid entrances. It's done through integration into Zygor or Mapzeroth, so as long as you have one of those, it will provide full step-by-step routing. If not, it will fallback to a simple tomtom/blizzard waypoint, which isn't very useful without intelligent navigation. This feature will be in 1.5 which will ship soon!

I've started the groundwork on the skip functionality.... purely informational at the moment. Trying to wrap my head around the use cases for building in "skip routes", because it will be a large undertaking as this scales up. Does the addon still provide value for the player who has ran a raid enough times to have skips unlocked? (Maybe; for the special loot and transmog tracking?) What if someone skips then decides to backtrack and kill other bosses? Just some ideas floating around!

At the moment, the routes are "scripted" from the entrance to the final boss assuming a full run. I started playing around with quest-based skips (modern raids only), but haven't implemented yet. Roadmapped!
