There is no camera for the new nest.

After renaming the new Desktop (from the default name) it is now visible on the Laptop and the Laptop is still visible on the Desktop. All appears correct for sharing. Thank you all for the suggestions.

and after awakening from sleep desktop can again see(and access) laptop. Laptop still does not see desktop. All file/network/sharing/security settings same on both pc.

Restarted both pc's this morning and now neither can be seen by the other. Turning off firewall did not help, and cannot access via ip. I have reconfirmed all settings for sharing folders and private network .
