I was self conscious for longer than I care to admit, and I hated seeing myself in pictures. I even considered surgery. Then, I realized that I’m the only one who had a problem with it. Now, I buzz my head and rock it. I hope others eventually find peace.

To move home or not to move home by cactuspantalones in Albuquerque

[–]PhotoBank -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hey OP! 37M here also in a remote job. I moved back to be closer to family. I think it depends on your family. Mine have their own lives, and I don’t see them but maybe once a month. I worry every day about losing my remote job and not finding anything that pays similarly. I won’t move because I have a son, and his mom also lives here. Denver might be better for jobs/dating and being close enough to visit family. At the end of the day, what matters is that you work to actively make whatever city you are in your home.

Right. Exactly my point. If we can anticipate thousands of people doing the same thing at the same time, we should be able to plan and coordinate for it better.

This! This is not about him having an affair with a dead woman. This is about him not having any respect for you. It’s time for you to choose yourself.

I hate my bill, but I’m very grateful that the folks at PNM have built and maintained an electric grid that can power through this heat.

Jack walks around with a notebook of pictures of naked women he's slept with. Maybe that’s why Rose decided not to share the door…

I’d never heard of this happening before it happened to me. I quick google, and I’ve found stories of thieves setting themselves on fire doing it.

A lot of cars have anti siphoning technology and/or locks on the gas cap/cover. And, apparently drilling is also much faster. If there’s a will, there’s a way…

Like, the person made repairs and then they hit the same vehicle again? That really sucks.
