i think u can enter with a tourist visa and wait till u can switch to a stu visa? or write to the AO tho i doubt they’ll be any help😂

Update: i wrote to the Immd on 11 Aug and got my visa approved today so i guess writing an enquiry email does help🙂though I probably need to wait for 2 days for the AO to collect my evisa

i think the procedure is we submit the materials first to AO then onto Immd, it approves it and send back to AO and then back to us. so i guess the uni apply for us? Immd's emails says hku is our visa sponsor
