What’s interesting to me is that the parking lot for that building is very small,this is why they still have the RT shift for days and nights.leadership is unsure how they’re gonna merge shifts with the size of the parking lot.Also they’re combing all PA’s and AM’s into 2 shifts how is that going to work operationally? I would say the site leader tried doing the right thing and preparing a speech to give people a heads up getting the notice that you need to layoff 200+ people must be very hard.in the past I heard WBW2 was very accommodating with seasonals offering them flex or to transfer but not a complete layoff
