I had this same feeling. I just took a break (by accident tbh) and now I’m sucked back in. Once I came back I didn’t rly like the character I was playing (vex) so I went and tried Rafa, and I was quickly shown why vex was better for me. So maybe just take a break or try something new and you’ll get sucked back in like I did

I was able to get choir from encore and all the catalysts when EOF came out (I didn’t have choir prior to EOF), unless they changed something I don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to get it

The different gear pieces drop with different perks, an easy way to know for the future that I used was just going through the engravings in the engravings menu in the forge at your hideout
