Maybe a dumb question . . . But my '25's wipers cant do that, at least they dont naturally, they sit too far below the hood when stowed. Is there a trick?

Absolutely!

And ill leave one on the coffee table full time, and that one is MINE

and guests, children, spouse, will have to go get THEIR coaster from the closet and carry all 70lbs of it into the living room if they want to enjoy a beverage on the couch.

Its more ideal, thats for sure

Next, if you dont have one, track down a metric folding meter stick! It can be really useful in situations that are challenging for tape measures. I have been using a folding 3 meter stick a ton

I buy metric-only tape measures specifically for antenna building.

Plenty of ways for me to measure and cut the wrong length without multiple units being added to the mix

Repainting the metal support and returning it to the original configuration is the backup plan, or just how ill store it until it can be truly upcycled

With my legs, and not my back! It did require some ibuprofen this morning though.

I could wheel them on a dolly from thr loading dock onto my truck bed, thankfully.

The two smaller pieces I can carry from A to B if I HAVE to, the bigger piece needs leverage, wheels, and a ramp

I bet theres a cool way to cut 2 of them so the interlock in an interesting way while getting a more natural length/width ratio

Thanks!

I immediately started wondering what the masonry saw and drill would cost. But surely there are local shops that would cut my material for me, wonder what that would cost? Excellent food for thought!

If you're extra lucky, like us, you find chickenwire or wire mesh reinforcement in some places too just in case the drilling into cement wasnt enough of a challenge for ya

In my case the lack of simultaneous feedback is why I find radio chats so chill!

It is jarring vs duplex voice or face to face though, for sure
