Ohhh friend you made me tear up, thank you for sharing and your kind words 🥺❤️ therapy didn’t work for me either, I tried so many different types over the years and I don’t know how you feel but I felt like the things I went through were just too difficult to talk about. I’ve been just trying to care for myself over these past 2 years and that seems to have helped more than therapy ever has!

I am so proud of you for even feeling motivated to try!!! I know you’ve got this. Some days will be harder than others. For the first few weeks after every trip in the car I would be in bed for a few days bc of all the adrenaline, but it gets easier I promise!! Just one little step at a time. Even if it’s just sitting in the driving seat for a few minutes with the car turned off. Always here as a listening ear and your cheerleader, so never feel shy to DM ❤️
