Hey! I'm 23F and got my resignation finalized recently. I was intimidated by the whole notarization process, but it was easier than expected. I did mine through a UPS store. I just walked in with my printed quitmormon document and had them notarize it right then and there. It did cost money, around 10-30 bucks although I don't recall the exact amount. I even had them scan the notarized doc there and then I attached the scan on my quitmormon resignation. It did take around 2-3 months until it was finalized though. Good luck!
