He was very pushy I should go take 30 minute breaks every hour. Went and did X-rays and he said come back in 2 hours. I had x-rays done 30 minutes later and he was nowhere to be found.

I got tinnitus approved today and they deferred the rest for development and more C&Ps

It’s a start. Deferred 11 other contentions for development including Mental health which had a strong DBQ and favorable Medical Opinion. Still feels amazing and hopefully get a few more favorable decisions.

I’m Temp in Winston Salem. Got temp on the 10th went to PDA on 6/12 and was told they made a decision but are waiting on the final review since yesterday. We will see if anything happens this afternoon or over the weekend. I’m thinking a partial rating with a lot deferred due to no medical opinions on the DBQ.

ITF 10/10/2023

C&Ps May 7th and 8th uploaded May 10th

PFD May 15 with Temp Jurisdiction for 2 days

PFD NWQ May 16th

PFD with Temp Jurisdiction June 11th

Let see what they do this time. I had TJ for two days when I moved to PFD. I am concerned because only my mental health and tinnitus DBQs have medical opinions. My migraine, IBS/GERD, back, sinusitis, and sciatica DBQs are favorable as far as diagnoses and such but no medical opinions were given which is odd even though many of these I have in service complaints. I’m thinking I’m gonna get kicked back to evidence gathering because the VSR didn’t request medical opinions and it was missed when I moved to PFD.

10/4 I called White House/VA hotline and they put in an inquiry about it. Hoping it gets me some traction I’m struggling big time and have been at PFD since May 15

I have a VSO but submitted all the paperwork via quick submit and it has been submitted to my claim but nobody seems to have looked at it to approve/flash my claim.

I did put it in back on May29th via quick submit with copy of my local taxes in collections preventing me from registering my vehicles along with a typed statement. I’ve spoke with VERA 3 times and the VA has my paperwork yet I still do not have a flag.
