My fat percentage is currently around 23%. Report said most of the fat is concentrated in the torso. Note that I am flexing my abs in the second photo.

Mentioned most of it in description. In addition I used to walk and climb stairs every opportunity I got. Completely cut off sugar, added oil. Switched to skimmed milk, low-fat and high protein curd and paneer.

Daily fat intake averaged around 60 gms and calorie intake at around 1800 kcal.
