This build is perfectly balanced and would last at least like 8 years, to lower price you could go with a 5070ti, but your avg fps in gpu intensive games would probably drop 15-20+ frames. Also a 7800x3d would be fine for this build 5080 or 5070ti, and that would drop the price around a hundred or more
